At Coupe Green we try to support parents in every possible way we can. Often parents are working or may have priorities which mean they need provision for their children before and after school.
We have our own ‘Kids’ Club’. The club is run by school staff and is based in our school hall. The staff use the facilities around school such as the playground and outdoor areas, including the large scale construction area and planting areas. The children are given a snack and there are a huge variety of fun activities planned for them to do! The activities are planned to ensure that Early Years provision is catered for to enable Nursery and Reception children to continue learning through play. Each half term our Kids Club learns through a new theme which inspires their role play area, writing areas and creative activities. The staff also make sure that specific games and toys are available for children to cater to individual interests and needs whilst enabling children to settle well in the environment. Kids Club also has a homework station where children can go for support with homework and reading.
The breakfast club opens from 7.30am for parents to drop their children off. The children will be taken to their classrooms at 8.45am by the staff so they are ready for registration. For the after school club the children are collected from their classrooms by the staff and the children can be collected up to 5.45pm when the club closes.
The cost of Breakfast club is £4 per session, and After School club is £9 per session, and both sessions include a drink and a snack. For more information, or to book your place, please contact the school office.
