At Coupe Green we have an AGT register, identifying those children that are Able, children that have the potential to achieve at a higher level than the majority of their peers in academic subjects; Gifted, children that are exceptional and perform above and beyond their years, representing around 0-5% of the population nationally; and Talented, children who show achievement in physical or creative aspects of learning such as, PE, Art, Music, Drama.

These children are identified on planning to ensure that they are challenged in lessons and given opportunities to excel in and out of school competitions. The Inclusion Leader tracks the progress of these children to ensure that they are making progress.

At Coupe Green we believe that all teachers are teachers of SEND and AGT children, therefore our teaching is differentiated to ensure that all children teach their full potential through challenge and support.
