Coupe Green is very fortunate to have an excellent PTA (Friends of Coupe Green),
Friends of Coupe Green (FOCG) is a registered charity (1113559) run by volunteers. Their aim is to plan events that pupils and their families will enjoy, creating wonderful memories, but to also raise money to support and enhance the education and school experience of all the pupils within Coupe Green Primary School.
FOCG organises exciting events throughout the year, such as; competitions, themed discos, non-uniform days, cake & ice lolly sales, outdoor pursuit days and Christmas/Summer fairs in order to fundraise. All monies raised directly benefits the pupils of the school.
Through their dedication they have provided valuable resources and equipment to enhance the children’s learning and school experience. Items include; a wellbeing garden, playground equipment, books, ICT and many more.
The committee are always looking to extend membership and warmly welcome input. All parents and carers of children at Coupe Green are automatically a member and are most welcome. The atmosphere is very friendly and meetings are often held in a local hostelry!
